There is no path

There is no path

There is no path

“Traveler, there is no path, you make the path as you walk.”
—Antonio Machado

N

o one ever knows the answers for you because no one has ever been you before.

This is why after all has been said and after every piece of advice has been given and after every encouragement has been made—you must make the path as you walk.

Even if you believe you are following in another’s footsteps, look again—there is your own gait, your own dance, your own skip and shuffle. you are in all of it.

And if you feel like you’ve “been there and done that before,” look again—you’ve never been in this moment before because every moment is fresh and brand new. You are fresh and brand new.

So with these eyes that are free again, where will you walk?

In lovingkindness,
