Happy meaninglessness

Happy meaninglessness

“Nothing makes any sense. Nothing means anything. You’re born, you live, you die. That’s it.”
—Rachel Ward

M

eaninglessness from the voices and the Dark Room=Cynicism. “Why bother?” Might as well end it all. Everything is pointless.” It represents a passive victim point of view.

Meaninglessness from Center and the Light Room = Possibility. “Oh boy! What can I create?! If nothing means anything, then why not create whatever I want?” Why not enjoy the process? Everything is a game. It represents the enthusiastic and the active, creative point of view.

Everything has at least two sides and two ways to be approached. It’s up to us to see them both and choose the one that leads to happy meaninglessness.
