Everyone has voices running in their heads. And if you know someone who says that they don’t, they’re just not aware of them.

These voices are what you need to address before you will ever be deeply free or happy.
That’s a pretty bold statement, I know. But listen…
These voices create anything from mild dissatisfaction, to worry, to fear, to overwhelm, to distraction, to stress, to confusion, to feeling bad, to depression, to anxiety, to (you get the picture!)
And there’s a great deal of momentum they’ve generated over a lifetime. Which is why it’s so hard to go up against them.
You may have tried in variety of different ways. Like through drugs, alcohol, job or career change, doing something less taxing, ditching “toxic” friends, being busy, taking a course on mindfulness, yoga, or meditation, reading a self-help book, going on retreat, or having weekly massages and spa treatments just to “get away.”
But if you’re like anyone else I’ve ever known, you may have noticed that even though these helped short-term, they didn’t really solve anything. The book inspired you, but then that inspiration faded. Or you had an amazingly peaceful experience at a retreat only to find that all your problems and stressful issues were waiting for you when you got home.
It’s like the entire experience got erased. Like it never happened and you’re back to square one.
Which can be so frustrating!
And then in a highly charged moment at work, driving on the road or with a loved one — all your knowledge, training and good intentions disappear! You totally lose it and fly off the handle.

How does it work?

You will then be guided through a process of registering on my site so you can access the daily assignments.
The first 5 days of the online retreat will come to you complimentary so you can experience for yourself how the retreat works. You’ll also get your own accountability calendar to track your progress.
On day 5 you will be given the opportunity to pay the registration fee to finish the retreat — or not. There is absolutely no obligation to you.
If you choose to invest in yourself, the remaining 25 days of assignments will continue to come.
Read (or listen to) the simple exercises found on my site. Do them and pay attention to everything that arises before, during and afterwards. This is a profound awareness practice that will show you HOW you do what you do.

Here’s one of the things people love about this experience: You can do it anywhere in the world. The retreat is all online, so that means as long as you have access to the internet, you can participate fully. You won’t need to drive to a retreat facility, you won’t need to take time off from work, and you won’t need to be in a room full of strangers.
If you need to take a few days off to get away, no problem. I’ve built in an extra 15 days to access the retreat so you can come and go. Because let’s face it, real world situations can arise to pull you away. I’ve factored that in.

Many different types of folks from different backgrounds have done this retreat.
Stay-at-home parents, single working parents, teachers, entrepreneurs, students, coaches, business professionals, yogis, personal development junkies and leaders. If you have a simple daily practice (like exercising, reading, making smoothies, etc.) you will be able to fit the retreat’s daily exercises into your schedule and be successful with them. They only take approximately 20-40 minutes to do.
